Review by hotel critic
During my recent 4-night stay at the Stay Classic Hotel Myeongdong, I was delighted by its perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Tucked away in the quieter side of Myeongdong but still a mere 10-minute stroll to the bustling shopping area, this spot was ideal for both my tech-savvy self and my fellow travelers. Our spacious Royal Twin room, fitted with a refreshing washing machine and ample natural light, made it easy to keep our clothes fresh between adventures. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the younger front desk staff, though I must admit, the older gentleman who checked us in lacked the upbeat demeanor I expected. That said, the hotel's location made up for any minor inconveniences-the iconic Namdaemun Market was practically across the street, giving us easy access to local culture and delicious street food. Plus, with excellent laundry facilities and a fitness center, the Stay Classic offered everything a group like ours could ask for during our exciting trip in Seoul.
